Since the founding of the LGN in 2009 we have held seminars and talks ranging from the historical landscape to the future of horticulture.

This event was a celebration of the LGN and what it means to be a gardener in London. Rosie Atkins, one of the founding members of the LGN, gave an insight to the ideas behind forming the organisation as a network for gardeners to better communicate and share knowledge.
Adam Frost, renowned designer, gave a fantastic opening speech encouraging people to take up horticulture and pass on knowledge to the new generation of professional gardeners.
Ashley Edwards the current chairman took a moment to tell us that as well as organising seminars and talks, we also donate money to charities and horticultural establishments.
To see a mingling of established horticulturists with the new was inspiring and the beautiful setting of Chelsea Physic Garden in the evening light made for an unforgettable event.
