Agreements

1.1 By paying for a ticket to a London Gardens Network event by means of cheque, bank transfer, Paypal, or BACS, a binding agreement will take effect and cannot be cancelled without written consent from both you and us.
1.2 This agreement is governed by English Law and you and we agree that disputes can only be settled within English Courts.
1.3 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to all matters referred to herein and supersedes all earlier warranties, representation or statements made by the parties (whether oral or in writing).
Payment Terms and Agreement
2.1 You are agreeing to pay for your ticket to a London Gardens Network event in accordance with our payment terms. These require full payment before the date of the specific London Gardens Network event that the ticket has been paid for.
2.2 Where payment is not made, we will charge interest on outstanding balances at a rate of 5% per month unpaid.
Ownership
3.1 All goods provided or delivered as a result of this order will remain the property of the London Gardens Network until payment is received and cleared in full.
Refund Policy
4.1 As a not-for-profit organisation run by volunteers, all cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing within a minimum of two weeks before the date of the London Gardens Network event that the ticket has been purchased for. This is due to the need to confirm seating and/or meals with the venue. Refunds will be at the discretion of the London Gardens Network committee.
